The Customer Service Associate will provide friendly assistance will be crucial in helping customers navigate their new internet solutions with ease and confidence.
As a Customer Service Associate, you’re the friendly expert who makes better connections. Whether it’s a teen struggling with their new phone or a parent setting up Home Internet for remote school, the Customer Service Associate provides clear, cheerful support that builds trust and keeps households connected.
**Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate**
- Engage directly with customers in face to face settings, guiding them through smartphones, wireless devices, and home internet solutions.
- Troubleshoot device setup, connectivity, and service concerns across our partners product suite, escalating advanced issues when necessary.
- Assist with activations, upgrades, and account updates while ensuring data accuracy, billing compliance, and secure documentation.
- Provide clear explanations of billing, promotions, and service agreements to reinforce transparency and build customer trust.
- Match customer needs with slaes solutions, emphasizing speed, reliability, and value across mobile and internet services.
- Collaborate with Customer Service Associates to align customer support with product launches, promotional campaigns, and retention initiatives.
**Minimum Qualifications of the Customer Service Associate**
- Experience in customer support or retail sales within telecommunications, wireless connectivity, or subscription‑based internet services is an asset.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills to explain smartphone plans, wireless device features, and internet solutions while building customer trust.
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable mindset with resilience to excel in fast‑paced service environments and consistently achieve performance goals.
- Proficiency in data platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools to manage customer accounts, track service metrics, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Pay: $48,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
