**ABOUT US**

We are hiring a team of experienced online advertising sales experts with a proven track record in new advertising sales and business development.

**Responsibilities**
- Selling our advertising and marketing services, digital advertising and our other products
- Knowledge of working within a CRM system
- Finding new accounts through cold calls, social media involvement and attending events
- Presenting our services with conviction and authority (by phone and/or in person)
- Landing new business, developing client relationships and prioritizing annual renewals.
- Consulting with the sales department and management to constantly improve our practices

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Ideally, you have 2+ years of digital media sales experience
- Solid selling and account management skills
- Interest in business development and client relations
- Understanding how to cold-call and being comfortable with it
- Ability to seek out potential clients at industry events
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Confident presentation skills (in person, by phone or in writing)
- Solid organization and time management skills with an ability to prioritize projects
- Experienced in Microsoft office and CRM software

**Requirements**:

- Ability to develop leads and make at least 50 phone calls a day
- Experience with high volume cold calling. Leads are provided
- Highly skilled communicator with a strong ability to interact effectively with all potential clients
- Ability to be persuasive and influential in verbal and written communications
- Ability to meet sales goals and succeed in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment
