**What You Will Do**
- Engage potential clients via cold calling and build customer relationships through rapport building and consultative selling.
- Present Advantage’s services as solutions to customers’ needs and wishes.
- Complete a product presentation with decision makers via phone. This is a 100% outside sales role with a wide client base.
- Managing a pipeline of business that is long term and sustainable.
- Forecast accurately to manage weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.
- Dedication to mastery of product knowledge and continued personal development.
- Understand complex customer requirements on both personal and technical level.
- Leverage strong prospecting, account management and closing skills, to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly goals as well as other defined sales objectives

**Requirements**:As a Outside Sales Representative, you must be self-motivated and driven to exceed goals and expectations. You must also have:

- Strong organizational, time-management and prioritization skills as well as solid analytical and problem solving abilities.
- An intense hunger for results supported by a demonstrated track record of revenue attainment.
- Diligent listening skills to understand prospects needs, quickly assess opportunities and determine the best course of action, even if this means not selling to the homeowner.
- A high sense of self-awareness with the ability to adapt and connect with new prospects in their environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills that put the customer at ease and create a comfortable selling conversation.

**Job Qualifications**
- B2B Sales experience is an asset.
- Ability to sell a full and complete solution to Small/Medium Business customers.
- Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Above average written and verbal communication skills that translates well in person and on the phone.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and very tight deadlines.
- 3-5 years of Sales experience in food service industry
- Excellent research skills with strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Excellent communication and presentations skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- English fluency is required

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
