**Job Posting: Ready-Mix Concrete Sales Representative**

**Location: Niagara Region, Ontario**

Are you a dynamic, results-driven person with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the construction industry? We are seeking an aggressive, knowledgeable, and self-motivated Ready-Mix Concrete Sales Representative to join our Cotton Ready Mix team in the Niagara Region of Ontario.

**About the Role**:
In this position, you will play a key role in driving sales and building relationships with contractors, builders, and developers. You will be responsible for promoting our high-quality ready-mix concrete products, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow market share.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, quotes, and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and excellent service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or ready-mix concrete industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Niagara Region.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
