As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our dynamic team.
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and actively participate in the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct market research to understand needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Present product/service offerings to clients, addressing their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our team of designers to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery of products/services, and exceptional customer service.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and sales techniques through continuous learning.

- Effectively using a CRM to do sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Using Microsoft Excel and Word

- Flourished in a small company environment that is continually changing and growing
- Attended networking events and trade shows
- Had positions which included commission-based selling
- Achieved awards for top sales results
- Negotiated contracts
**Front of the Line: If you have the experience**:
- Experience in selling in the construction industry or custom cabinetry
- Extensive business development training or experience
- Experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferred)
**Education and Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years outside sales experience
- Minimum College diploma or relevant work experience
- Valid drivers license
- Your own vehicle
**Compensation**:
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, so the opportunity is yours for the taking Your desire to earn well in to 6 figures is why we want to speak with you.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 per year
