**Position Overview**:
As a Clinic Assistant/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing them with a welcoming and supportive experience while managing administrative tasks. This is a part-time role (20-25 hours per week), ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Greeting and Serving Patients**: Welcome patients as they arrive, providing them with directions and assistance to ensure a smooth clinic experience.
- **Payment Collection**: Process payments for services and issue receipts to patients.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate care plan schedules for patients, ensuring appointments are booked accurately and efficiently.
- **Clinic Support**: Assist with other clinic duties as needed, maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you’re the face of the clinic
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy clinic environment.
- Prior experience in a medical or health-related field is a plus, but not required.
- Positive, professional, and customer-service oriented attitude.
- Minimum High-School Diploma required
