Executive secretary for real estate management firm. The tasks include:
Accounting & Tax
- Book keeping entries: Simply Accounting & Quickbooks software
- Invoicing & expense tracking
- Preparation of tax forms relating to residential leases (RL-31)
Administrative
- Filing and organizing documents
- Schedule meetings and vendor site visits
- Correspondence (French & English) to tenants and vendors
- Banking deposits
- Process and follow-up with tenant service requests
- Preparation and payment of salaries and wages for the firm
- Preparation of memos, signage as required to communicate with tenants
Leasing
- Preparation of residential leases and accessory documentation
- Meeting with tenants for various remittances
- Schedule and organizing apartment showings
- Collecting lease payments
- Prepare lease renewal notices and calculate rent increases as per TAL
- Prepare and maintain list of apartments for rent, apartments under renovation, etc.
- Prepare and keep ups to date Rent Rolls
- Maintain and collect relevant data for the operations of the business

Simply Accounting
Quickbooks
French and English writing proficiency
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
