**Job Description**:
**Main Duties**:
Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, this position promotes the growth and development of First Nations employment by supporting SIGA’s management in the effective, consistent, and timely handling of recruitment and staffing activities.
**Responsibilities include**: Builds, monitors, maintains and actively promotes SIGA’s Employer Brand. Maintains and coordinates the SIGA recruitment strategy. Collaborates with hiring managers in handling their day-to-day hiring activities. Human Resources best practices research and support. Participates in the development of HR recruitment, staffing metrics, and dashboard reporting. Assists with research and development of recommendations for consistent and fair staffing policies that position SIGA as an employer of choice. Leads the development of and guides the implementation of recruitment activities for SIGA and its casinos. Acts as the Human Resources lead for digital recruitment initiatives for SIGA and provides expertise on best practices and trends. Assists with gathering information and preparing reports on HR activities. Performs other duties as assigned. Participates in other projects and activities in support of HR initiatives.

**Conditions of Employment**
- The minimum age to work in a casino or any area where gaming can be seen is 19 years of age.
- Must possess valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Tobacco smoke/High noise levels (during time spent at Casino sites).

- Compliance with all regulatory requirements as may be applicable to your position including but not limited to both SLGA requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering requirements set out in the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act and regulations and policies made thereunder by Canada and FINTRAC.
**Job Requirements**: Education**:
- Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline. Human Resources major preferred.
- Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) designation is considered an asset.
**Experience**:
- Two years’ Human Resources generalist experience and direct experience with small projects related to recruitment and staffing
- Experience consulting with management
- Strong communication skills are considered an asset
- Understanding of local, provincial, and national labour market trends and changes
- Knowledge of digital recruitment strategies, avenues, and metrics
- Knowledge of Human Resource metrics and benchmarking processes
