Key Responsibilities:

- Support in the administration and execution of SOTI Request for Relief adjustment requests
- Review, investigate, record, track and resolve Request for Relief cases
- Reconcile and validate RFR treatment from multiple sources to ensure adjustments accuracy
- Participate in the payout review process with Sales Leaders and Finance
- Assist with SOTI Sales Incentives automation initiatives
- Assist with monitoring and addressing adjustment inquiries from Sales Compensation inbox
- Liaise with the Business Intelligence team on generation of Post RRF report, system fixes and data updates
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance and BI to understand and resolve RFR and compensation issues
- Implement proactive solutions and identify new processes to reduce common RFR inquiries and escalations
- Partner with Salesforce team to make updates and
- Create and update process documentation on Sales Compensation workflows
- Support team with ad hoc reporting, analysis and projects as needed

Experience You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree/college diploma in Business Administration, Finance or another analytical discipline.
- 2-3 years related experience with sales compensation administration
- Expertise using Excel to analyze large data sets (i.e. formulas building, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
- Strong communication skills to explain sales compensation to all levels of the organization from front line employees to the executive leadership team
- Familiar with Salesforce and Power BI is an asset
- Experience in the SaaS B2B industry is an asset
