What We’re Looking For:
The Manager, Sales Compensation and Incentives is responsible for the creation and execution of VSCP programs to incentivize sales performance in alignment with corporate growth objectives. You will play a critical role in leading the compensation and incentives function responsible for attainment, commission calculation and sales incentive programs.

What You’ll Do:

- Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SOTI’s Variable Compensation Sales Incentive Plan (VSCP), policies and procedures to incentives behaviours to achieve company growth objectives
- Collaborate with Sales, Business Operations and Finance to launch SPIFF programs to drive sales performance
- Input to annual target setting process, providing performance trends, industry data and analysis to support annual growth decisions
- Responsible for the quarterly commission cycle, management of key milestones and executive briefing on outliers across sales payout. Drive improvements to each commission cycle through continual focus on process efficiencies.
- Responsible for sales performance analysis, supporting regional queries and ensuring accuracy of attainment views for sales organizations
- Responsible for training for global sales organization and all teams on VSCP framework, sales Incentive plans, attainment rules and compensation processes.
- Responsible for Request for Relief (RFR) process and framework, decisions on regional escalations and management of RFR steering committee for management of exceptions.
- Responsible for administration of Sales compensation tool (Xactly) and roadmap for future deliverables, analysis, and enhancements
- Facilitate a steady flow of communication and feedback between Sales and cross functional teams, and deliver best-practice business processes for SOTI sales compensation and incentives
- Support the high-performance sales culture through analysis of sales performance trends each quarter

Experience You’ll Bring:

- 5+ years of relevant experience, developing and managing sales compensation process
- Experience with, and detailed knowledge of design, creation and management of sales incentives related to SaaS industry
- Experienced supporting annual/ quarterly target setting
- Experience managing commissions and payout process
- Understanding of how compensation issues may impact other company departments
- Experienced in managing a dynamic sales framework including complex sales organizational structures, hierarchy, indirect channel, and overlay roles
- Strong initiative, intellectual curiosity, analytical capabilities, and willingness to take ownership of complex problems
- Strong business, commercial and financial acumen.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, can manage competing projects and adherence to tight deadlines effectively
- Collaborative team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish productive and positive relationships with all levels of management
- Ability to make clear and cogent presentations to all levels of management
- Strong commitment to excellence and is customer service oriented
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills required
- Financial analysis and modeling knowledge required
