**Role Overview**

This is a **hands-on, creative role** perfect for someone passionate about **photography, videography, social media, and marketing analytics**. You will be responsible for **capturing and creating engaging content**, managing our **social media presence**, and **supporting our marketing initiatives at events** to enhance brand awareness.

Note: This position requires flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, to cover community events, sponsorships, and company initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Capture and edit **high-quality photos and videos** showcasing restoration projects, community involvement, and company culture
  • Create and schedule **engaging content** for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
  • Develop and execute a **social media strategy** to boost engagement and brand visibility
  • Attend and document **community events, sponsorships, and industry networking events**:
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on **marketing performance metrics** (social media insights, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness)
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align content with business goals and customer needs
  • Stay updated on **industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices** in digital marketing

**Qualifications & Skills**

  • **1-3+ years** of experience in **photography, videography, social media management, or digital marketing**:
  • Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, etc.)** or similar editing software
  • Experience with **social media analytics tools** (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics)
  • Strong **storytelling, copywriting, and visual content creation** skills
  • Understanding of **SEO, paid advertising, and digital marketing best practices**:
  • Ability to **work flexible hours**, including some evenings and weekends for events
  • Valid **driver’s license** (as some content capture may require travel to job sites and events)
  • Knowledge of the **restoration, construction, or home services industry** is a plus
