**ADMINISTRATION CLERK**
We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrator Clerk for our Lively Ontario Office. The Administrator will be responsible for receiving and outgoing mail, phone calls and scheduling all orders/deliveries of our crushing.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Prepare and maintain communications and documentations with deliveries
- Schedule deliveries in the software
- Obtain, organize and maintain all delivery slips
- Place orders to maintain all delivery are on time
- Able to work with no supervision
- Have good communication skills
- Have excellent organizational skills
**Requirements**:
- Obtain a college certificate or diploma in Office Administration
- Least 3 years of experience or willing to train
- Valid G license and owns a vehicle to commute to work everyday
- Knowledge of Microsoft software
- Knowledge of scheduling software

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
