**Major Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership & Business Execution 30%**
- Develop, communicate, and execute long
- and short-term strategies for all four divisions in alignment with FundyPros’ corporate goals.
- Establish and monitor divisional objectives, ensuring effective use of financial, human, and physical resources.
- Maintain a strong focus on financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, income statements, and cost control.
- Anticipate market changes and position divisions for sustainable growth, client satisfaction, and competitive advantage.
- Represent FundyPros in key negotiations, customer engagements, and industry relationships.
**Operations & Project Oversight 20%**
- Oversee the delivery of projects across all divisions to ensure they are completed on time, on budget, and to required specifications.
- Implement performance monitoring systems to track progress, quality, and financial results.
- Support Division Managers with guidance on estimating, project management, scheduling, and cost efficiency.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and reduce inefficiencies.
**People Leadership, Performance Management & Accountability 30%**
- Lead, mentor, and influence Division Managers and supervisory staff to deliver high performance.
- Ensure clear communication of expectations, holding leaders accountable for results while providing coaching and support.
- Build strong leadership capacity within each division, promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional development.
- Foster cross-divisional collaboration to optimize resources and achieve company-wide outcomes.
- Establishes methodologies to set productivity and quality targets for respective division managers and assess results for all projects.
