Based in Dieppe, New Brunswick, the **Strategic Recruitment Partner **enables Talent Acquisition and Business Leaders to find the next generation of talent

Reporting to the Director of HR, the **Strategic Recruitment Partner **plays a significant role in leading the strategic approach to campus recruitment. The **Strategic Recruitment Partner **focusses on building talent pipelines at Universities, Colleges, Trade Schools, and High Schools for the J. D. Irving, Limited (JDI) Moncton group of companies.

- Experience in campus (University, College, Trade School, and High School) recruitment and employment/brand campaigns.
- Understanding of recruitment process, exposure to recruitment technologies, and recruitment operations.
- Strong communication, presentation, influencing, and organizational skills.
- Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree.
- Recruiting experience with student, hourly and salaried workforces considered an asset.
- Bilingualism (French & English) also an asset.
- Develop a sustainable workforce strategy and execution to secure future talent across the corporate and operations landscape within JDI Moncton businesses.
- Communicate with JDI Moncton businesses to build relationships and understand their talent needs while fostering partnerships with educational institutions such as Universities, Colleges, Trade Schools, and High Schools, to address immediate and future workforce requirements.
- Develop and maintain student recruitment metrics.
- Oversee the execution of the JDI Moncton internal student program to ensure planned deliverables are met and students from a variety of educational programs get exposure to the company, receive senior leadership interaction, and professional development learning opportunities.
- Design and implement initiatives that continue to support and grow JDI Moncton’s impact on various educational campuses.
- Strengthen relationships with existing educational partners and seek opportunities to develop new partnerships to meet the growing workforce needs of JDI Moncton business.
