**Office Administrator - Richmond, BC**
Reporting directly to the Office Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Office Administrator will include but will not be limited to:
- Daily completing of assigned reporting
- Order entry for customers or sales reps
- Invoicing completed orders
- Reviewing accuracy of invoicing and inventory numbers
- Completing and processing customer credits
- Assisting drivers with questions and concerns
- Processing walk-in orders
- Coordinating with warehouse team on pickups and drop offs
- Work in a team environment with the ability to communicate in a concise, polite, and respectful manner
- Additional tasks as assigned by manager
**Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in an office environment, engaging with customers and coworkers
- Comfortable working with computers
- Self motivated and able to learn new tasks
- Strong organization skills
- Flexibility with start times as they can vary depending on coverage
