**Office Administrator Role Overview**

**Responsibilities**:
Office administration.

Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).

Process semi-monthly payroll.

Manage government documents, WorkSafe BC compliance, etc

Run office errands (company vehicle provided).

**Qualifications**:
Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License.

Personal vehicle required due to limited transit.

Administrative experience.

Experience with payroll processing (preferred)

Knowledge of AR/AP and QuickBooks Online (preferred).

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

**Opportunity**:
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (paid lunch).

Training provided.

Benefits: Health Spending Account after 3-month probation.

Pay: $25.00/hour.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- No weekends
