We carry over one million industrial, material handling and business products that are sold through our website, corporate sales people and full color catalogs. We are constantly increasing our product offerings to meet the diverse and changing needs of our customers. Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions, government agencies and consumers across North America.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate RFQ and cross reference items for better pricing and terms.
- Communicate with both sales team and sales support department.
- Know and communicate to the sales department vendor limitations, delivery times, etc.
- Maintain a database of all products that we are able to obtain better costs, terms etc.
- Act as a liaison between sales and vendors regarding relevant information to help assure we make it as easy as possible for the customer
- Discretion to bind the company to the negotiated prices.
- Search and price non web product from existing vendors
- Manage large projects between sales reps, installers and vendors

**Competencies and skills**:

- 5 + years buying and negotiating.
- Bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize several RFQ’s and cross reference models at the same time.
- Motivated
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent organizational skills required.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Material Handling Products is a plus.
- Great interpersonal skills.
