**Summary**

'Product Support Technician' is a vital role that contributes significantly to our operations. The role provides technical assistance to customers, distributors, and internal teams on water treatment products. The role bridges technical support, product design feedback, quality control, and manufacturing.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide technical assistance to customers, distributors, and internal teams regarding product selection, operation, installation, and troubleshooting
- Provide assistance and support to engineering and Product Development team
- Collaborate with the design/R&D team to provide feedback from customer issues and field performance.
- Assist in developing prototypes, testing new designs, and evaluating product performance.
- Support CAD drawings, technical specifications, and product documentation as required.
- Contribute to continuous product improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance to production staff regarding assembly procedures and troubleshooting.
- Stay up to date on industry standards, new products, and new technologies.

**Qualifications**
- 3-year Diploma or 4-year technical degree
- Completed course in water treatment such as CWQA or equivalent
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft XL
- Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and feedback.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
