**A little bit about you **

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager and supported by a dedicated team of customer care professionals, the Sales Support Specialist, will be responsible for:

- Identifying customer needs and recommending the best lighting solutions for their design
- Processing all incoming orders according to product availability/lead times and delivery schedules.
- Performing order entry and reverse entry processes
- Providing customers with product availability, pricing information, shipping, and other customer queries
- Responding to customer inquiries; escalating to appropriate internal stakeholder(s) as required
- Researching delivery and/or invoicing discrepancies as well as quality concerns; working with the customer on a resolution
- Collaborating with our Sales, Warehouse and Production teams to meet project deliverables
- Following up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and are satisfied at the end of the transaction

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of customer service-related experience
- Post-secondary education is preferred.
- Strong skills in Office Suite (Word, Excel) and prior exposure to inventory management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task using good judgement to exceed customer expectations.
- Capacity to stay calm under pressure to achieve optimal results.
- Shows resilience in a fast paced ever changing environment.
- Willing to ask questions to find the answers you need.
- Strong relational and influential skills.
- Strong problem identification and resolution skill.
- Positive team attitude and ability to prioritize your work.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
