**Join The Home Team** Van Dolder’s Custom Exteriors is looking for a **Scheduling and Service Coordinator** to join our growing team. This position is based out of our Collingwood showroom and will be a one-year contract position. **About Us** Van Dolder’s Custom Exteriors is an established custom exteriors business in Southern Ontario that has been proudly family-owned and operated for over 50 years. We specialize in the sales and installation of siding, windows, doors, garage doors, decking, sunrooms and more We operate two village-style showrooms, one in Owen Sound and one in Collingwood, that are packed with model homes outfitted with the latest products and technology in the custom exteriors industry. Our motto is: "If it goes on the outside of your house, you'll find it on the inside of ours." **About You** We’re looking for a client-focused individual with an in-depth knowledge of construction projects and processes, and experience with windows, doors and siding products and installations. - Have experience managing installation crews from different trades - Have the ability to schedule an installation team of 10+ installers concurrently at multiple installation locations. - Be organized and have a strong attention to detail - Have excellent written and oral communication skills - Be able to work independently and effectively - Be able to assist with problem-solving and troubleshooting or projects **About The Position** As the **Scheduling and Service Coordinator**, you will report directly to the General Manager. Your day-to-day tasks will involve the scheduling of all installation and service projects in Grey, Bruce and Simcoe regions. You will work in conjunction with the Shipping and Warehouse personnel to ensure the success of all install and service activities. You must be comfortable communicating with customers, installers, and sales staff, and be prepared to assist in the coordination of project installations. **Salary**: The Home Team offers a competitive salary package complete with benefits.
