**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring that products meet established standards of quality and safety. You will collaborate with various departments to implement quality management systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**Duties**
- Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits of products and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data from quality control tests to determine trends and areas needing attention.
- Collaborate with project management teams to integrate quality assurance practices into project plans.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff on quality management principles and best practices.
- Work closely with fabrication teams to ensure that all products are manufactured according to specifications.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to management for review.
- Support the implementation of corrective actions in response to non-conformance issues.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and standards.
- Ability to analyze data effectively and make informed decisions based on findings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration across teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in QA/QC processes and methodologies is preferred.
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is a plus.
