Sales & Business Development Executive (B2b Services)

Kings Cleaners Inc, one of the best commercial cleaning services in Kitchener-Waterloo, is looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our client base. This role focuses on lead generation, relationship building, and closing new business across industries like commercial offices, retail, warehouses, and healthcare facilities. If you're a results-driven professional with a passion for sales and business growth, we want you on our team
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop strong relationships with property managers, facility supervisors, and business owners to understand their cleaning needs.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential leads, ensuring consistent follow-ups and deal progression.
Collaborate with the operations and marketing team to ensure seamless service delivery for new accounts.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep detailed records of calls, interactions, proposals, and deals using CRM tools.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
✔ 1 year of telemarketing sales experience, preferably in B2B service industry.
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals.
✔ Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
✔ Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and lead nurturing.
✔ Experience using CRM software (Apollo, HubSpot, Asana, Call rail etc).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
**⭐**Secondary School/High School (preferred).
⭐ Experience as a cold caller, business development or sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
⭐ Experience in B2B services, commercial services or cleaning industry is a plus.
⭐ Established network of business contacts within Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge and surrounding areas.
⭐ Knowledge of B2B business practices, commercial cleaning processes, industry standards, and client pain points.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
