We prioritize creating a positive and inclusive work environment, and we are currently seeking a talented and experienced Receptionist to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
As a receptionist, you will play a key role in managing various functions to support the organization's overall success. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining customer relations.
- Receiving incoming phone calls and forwarding information to appropriate departments.
- Opening of new claims and files.
- Maintenance of claims and files.
- Keeping concise accurate records of all transactions and communications.
- Maintaining an effective filing system with databases
- Ordering/monitoring office supplies.
- Updating employee contact info.
- Data entry.
- Lock box and key tracking.

**Requirements**:

- Pass a criminal background check.
- Familiarity with windows operating systems and file explorer.
- Ability to perform sedimentary tasks in a mentally demanding environment
- Demonstrates sound work ethic.
- Always represent the company in a professional and honest manor.
- Maintain working relationships both internally and externally.
- Work effectively as a member of the team.
- Restoration experience is an asset.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. On-site work is required. This role is not remote or hybrid.

**Salary**:
$19-$21 per hour depending on experience

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kamloops, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
