We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Insurance Broker with a Level One RIBO license to join our dynamic team.

In a producer role at Strong Roots, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying their insurance needs, and providing customized insurance solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and achieving company targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and leads.
- Assess client insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options.
- Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services.

**Requirements**:

- Level One RIBO License is preferred.
- Minimum one year of relative industry experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven record of accomplishment for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
