Finance and Insurance Advisor

Do you enjoy working with customers to find the best options for them? That is what this position is about. Working with customers to understand their needs and determining how our finance and insurance options can offer solutions to those needs. Experience in the automotive industry is an asset but not required. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking to change careers or advance.

To qualify you must be enthusiastic, motivated, willing to learn, and have a general understanding of banking, loans, insurance or other products related to the purchase of a vehicle. You must have the ability and willingness to be flexible under changing conditions. You must be comfortable explaining products to customers and the benefit of them purchasing the products.

The Finance and Insurance advisor is responsible for coordinating the sale of finance and insurance products to customers. The F&I Advisor works as a liaison for lenders and financial institutions to provide financial services to dealership customers.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Ontario Driver's License
- OMVIC License (Don’t Have One? We Can Assist You In Getting One)
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Finance or sales experience
- Customer Service Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills; digital and social media experience an asset.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed.
- Must have a valid Ontario Class ‘G’ driver’s license with clean record.
- Conduct sales in adherence to Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) rules and regulations

**Responsibilities**

Qualify customers by understanding needs and interests and matching them with products.

Completing necessary paperwork.

Work with lenders and customers to secure the best approval.

Explaining and offering finance, insurance programs, and aftermarket product.

Delivering exceptional customer service and respect while exceeding expectations.

Ensure all customer concerns have been met.

Participate in ongoing sales and finance training.

- Depending on your level of experience and success, you can expect to land between $45,000 and $80,000 per year, but this is not guaranteed (and, in theory, you could exceed $80,000 with very good performance).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
