**Position Summary**:
W Management Inc. is hiring for a Reception Administrator. This position provides effective and accurate reception and administrative support to the company. If you are organized, able to work independently and provide a friendly and professional first contact to clients please keep reading, this job is for you

**Overview of General Duties, but Not Limited to**:

- Reception Administrator
- Software Administrator
- Data entry in Yardi Voyager software for work orders, properties and owner information, etc.
- Operational Processes
- Follow all internal systems and processes postage receipt and sending, invoice receipt and scanning, data reporting, order office supplies, etc.
- Support Operations Delivery
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.
- Tidy office area including replacing waste/recycling bins, restock washrooms, wipe down and vacuum common areas such as Boardroom and Kitchen, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Personable and pleasant demeanor.
- Strong communication with excellent English language oral and written skills.
- Ability to multi-task between main duties utilizing strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail ensuring accurate work.
- Ability to work with and support a team with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned duties.
- Computer literate with experience on the Windows Operating System.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
- Experience in property management is an asset.
- Experience with the following software is an asset: Yardi Voyager, Process Street, Docusign

**Compensation**:

- Salary position based on skills and experience ranging from $42,420.00 - $54,540.00 per year.
- Position includes 3 weeks paid vacation.
- Current work policy of 7.5 hour work days with office hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm and a 1 hour lunch. Early office closure every Friday at 3:00pm. Lunch and any other breaks are to be coordinated with the Administration team to ensure full coverage of the reception desk.
