Information Coordinator Mail Processing and Scanning Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of Operations, Insurance Tracking and Environmental Solutions, the Mail Processing and Scanning Coordinator will be responsible for opening, sorting, and scanning incoming mail in support of Verisk Canada’s Insurance tracking business. The incumbent is required to be highly detail oriented.
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Outgoing individual with strong customer service skills and presents a personal professional image.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Business savvy with the ability to learn quickly
- Ability to effectively manage time and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
