**WHAT’S THE OPPORTUNITIY?**

We are looking for a **Casual Administrative Support Staff** to join our Office/Reception team Come help Camino provide excellent service and first point of contact for our clients as they begin their mental health and wellbeing journey. **WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- Provide an excellent client experience at reception or on the phone by greeting clients, processing payments, and collecting information to direct clients to the appropriate department.
- Assist with a variety of client support matters.
- Offer additional administrative support to leaders as required.
- Develop familiarity with programs and services offered by Camino and provide feedback and recommendations for areas of improvement.
- Perform general office support tasks including photocopying, scanning, document organization, mailing, binding and filing.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to prepare memos, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Enter data into various databases

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

**ARE THERE BONUS POINTS?**
- Experience working within the Social Service sector
- Standard First Aid + CPR-C certification an asset

**ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?**:

- This is a casual employment position
- Requires the ability to commute throughout the Waterloo Region to different office locations
- Shifts may include evenings and occasional Saturdays, depending on departmental need
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must be able to provide either proof of vaccination or documentation providing a satisfactory reason under the Ontario Human Rights Code for not being vaccinated
- Must complete a satisfactory Police Record with Vulnerable Sector check
- Wage: $20.90 to $24.49 per hour
