We are looking for a casual administrative support staff to join our team Come help Camino provide excellent service and first point of contact for our clients as they begin their mental health and wellbeing journey. **WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:
- Provide an excellent client experience at reception or on the phone by greeting clients, processing payments, and collecting information to direct clients to the appropriate department.
- Assist with a variety of client support matters.
- Offer additional administrative support to leaders as required.
- Develop familiarity with programs and services offered by Camino and provide feedback and recommendations for areas of improvement.
- Perform general office support tasks including photocopying, scanning, document organization, mailing, binding and filing.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to prepare memos, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Enter data into various databases
**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
**ARE THERE BONUS POINTS?**
- Experience working within the Social Service sector
- Standard First Aid + CPR-C certification an asset
**ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?**:
- This is a casual employment position
- Requires the ability to commute throughout the Waterloo Region to different office locations
- Shifts may include evenings and occasional Saturdays, depending on departmental need
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Must be able to provide either proof of vaccination or documentation providing a satisfactory reason under the Ontario Human Rights Code for not being vaccinated
- Must complete a satisfactory Police Record with Vulnerable Sector check.
- Wage: $19.95 to $24.25 per hour.
