**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and research potential clients in target markets to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our solutions.

**Skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a technical or inside sales environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and best practices for engaging prospects.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: From $37,500.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
- Retention bonus
