Our Better Bears brand is poised for significant future growth and expansion. The company is seeking to grow its presence in both Canada the US and is looking for a commercial sales support coordinator who can help support the rapid growth we are planning,
**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**
- Work directly with Sales team and external customers
- Provide support to the sales and marketing team by assisting in the preparation of sales and marketing tools such as digital and print advertising, brochures, posters, etc.
- Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences.
- Support the Business Development team in populating customer portals and key selling documentation proposals for retailers/customers against tight deadlines, including fast, accurate, efficient assembly of appropriate materials and information.
- Coordinate graphics and content needed for proposals, social media, and external promotions. (i.e. sourcing images and coordinating with the customer to deliver flyer creative)
- Assist with special events and company-sponsored events where there is a need for detailed organization and set up (Trade Shows)
- Provide research and collect data from the marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations
- Create and maintain up-to-date databases and tracking of key selling activities
- Management and organization of Audit compliance documentation (i.e. retailer deductions, deal sheets)
- Organize and store promotional deals in our internal planning and tracking systems to allow for efficient retrieval and audit compliance
- Validating and processing Post-Audits
- Disputing invalid customer claims
- Ensure funds recovery in a timely manner
- Analyzing root causes of non-trade deductions and implementing corrective measures
- Lead process improvement initiatives
- Maintaining user lists, customer contact lists, product listing tracker
- Maintaining customer manuals or transition guides
- Coordination of deliverables within teams such as collection of Joint Business Planning details, Innovation and Customer Planning, etc.
- Distribution of relevant reporting
- Coordination of meetings and events including, but not limited to:
- Team meetings
- Supporting account specific meeting
- Organizing samples & Free Goods Orders
- Trade show organization
- Ad hoc administrative requests
**Requirements and skills**
- High sense of urgency and results focused.
- Self-driven and able to operate under general direction with mínimal supervision.
- Proven work experience as a sales analyst, marketing coordinator, or similar role
- Demonstrated ability to complete tasks under pressure with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- You will require a high level of integrity, self-discipline, and engagement and display resolute ambition to drive the business forward.
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong planning, analytical, technical, and organizational skills.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, and being tech-savvy is a definite asset (Proficiency with working/learning new software)
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software (ZOHO expertise preferred)
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
