We are a global leading and comprehensive one-stop data solution provider with professional knowledge and proficient skills. The company has clearly established itself as the strategic partner of hardware manufacturers and leading companies in the field.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team remotely within the Eastern Time Zone.

**EVERYDAY TASKS**:

- Process & manage pos; coordinate with the sales team and accounting department on pricing, product delivery, and payment information in a timely manner;
- Coordinate all aspects of the shipments; work closely with the shipping department to ensure timely delivery of products; communicate any delays or changes;
- Inventory management; proactively work with warehouse associates on shipment receiving and inventory status;
- Acts as liaison between departments; lead efforts to develop process flows between the BD/Sales Team and other teams, in addition to helping with pre-to-post sale execution process as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned

**DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor/Associate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields;
- Experience in sales support, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Administrative skills; intermediate proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel);
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills **in both English and Chinese;**:

- Detail-oriented; excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
- Self-motivated problem solver;
- A team player with a high level of dedication;
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
- Flexibility to accommodate working hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
