If so, CBI Health has an excellent opportunity for you to join our team as an administrative professional in our out-patient rehabilitation clinic in Halifax - Clayton Park. As a part-time casual Administrative Associate you will be the face and voice of an accredited, innovative healthcare organization providing high-quality services throughout the community.

**Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day**
- Direct incoming calls received and provide callers with information about the facility and processes
- Be the first point of contact for clients in the clinic
- Enter client data, client charges, collect payments and issues receipts
- Manage the appointment schedule to minimize cancelled appointments and vacancies
- Perform general office duties and provide administrative support

**What you need to be successful**
- A warm, friendly, and caring telephone manner
- An engaging and professional approach to customer service
- Customer service experience in the hospitality sector (ideally front desk, reception, or in-house reservations) strongly desired
- A creative approach with a can-do attitude
- The ability to adapt quickly and seamlessly to a new clinic team and environment
- Knowledge of the rehabilitation services sector would be considered an asset
- A post-secondary education in medical office/business administration is preferred but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) is required
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Ability to communicate well with both internal and external clients and team members
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a dynamic team environment
