**Accounts Receivable Administrator**

Megson FitzPatrick is looking for an ambitious, engaging, Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will work closely with the Commercial and Personal Insurance Teams.

**Reporting to: Commercial Insurance Team Manager**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Assist in collecting accounts receivable for the whole organization;
- Meet with commercial account executives regularly to follow up and resolve any outstanding accounts receivable issues;
- Maintain/follow up on third-party finance company accounts;
- Follow up on all direct bill and agency bills for personal insurance accounts;
- Maintain an elevated level of customer service standards;
- Works effectively and efficiently in our Broker Management System;
- All other duties as directed by management.

**Location and Status**:
Victoria, BC

Permanent employment (30-35 hrs/week)

**Qualifications**:

- Insurance knowledge considered an asset
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills required;
- Excellent communicator
- 100% client focused and service oriented
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- High level of follow-up and follow-through
