**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices for hotel services rendered, including room charges, event bookings, and other miscellaneous charges.
- Reconcile accounts receivable records with the hotel's financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up with clients/guests to ensure timely payment. Implement collection strategies when necessary to minimize overdue accounts.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients/guests by providing excellent customer service and addressing any billing inquiries or disputes promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging analysis, and collection efforts to management.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions, correspondence, and agreements.
- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proven experience (2+ years) in accounts receivable or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and billing processes is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
