We are presently looking for a sales representative to join our Optical team, for the British Columbia territory.

**RESPONS**I**BILITIES**:

- Maintains professional business relationships with our network of opticians and optometrists
- Ensures the sales and a high level of the after-sales service
- Prospects and develops new customer accounts and sales opportunity
- Maintains a high degree of the products and the industry knowledge
- Collaborates with the marketing team to develop a marketing strategy and then put it into practice with his customers
- Represents the Lanctôt brands at the different regional Tradeshows and events.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 2 years experience in sales
- Experience in developing a territory and new business relationships
- Media technology savvy
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Independent and responsible, must be able to work with little supervision
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in the optical industry - an asset
