Print Production Coordinator/csr

The print production coordinator is responsible for providing consistency in regards to customer experience, workflow and overall quality throughout the company. The role of the project coordinator is to keep this department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to exceed their expectations. They must be able to open dockets through quickbooks, deal with suppliers, and track orders. This position is for a 1 year contract.
RESPONSIBILITIES **:Liaison between client and company to ensure client satisfaction ** Manage customer's request and set realistic expectations **Maintain a clean work environment ** Communicate with clients consistently and keeping them updated on the status of their jobs **Must learn quickbooks in order to process jobs**
KEY QUALIFICATIONS **:1-2 years of experience in a Print production role at a Full Service Print Provider or similar ** You’re willing to learn and adapt to a more efficient workflow **Excellent communication skills(Verbally and Written) ** Thrives in a challenging and fast-paced environment **Ability to work as a member of a team or individually as required ** Ability to multi-task **Detail-oriented, punctual, consistent, productive as well as efficient ** Customer Focused
**Salary**: $34,938.03-$58,201.63 per year
