**Key Responsibilities - Printing Press Operation**
- Set up and operate large-format digital printing presses efficiently and safely.
- Print on a variety of materials, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Perform lamination on sheets and rolls, maintaining proper technique and consistency.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on presses to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor print jobs for output quality, colour consistency, and technical accuracy.
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure final output matches the approved production sample.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe press area in compliance with safety standards.
- Follow and contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve workflow.
- Coordinate with prepress, cutting, and assembly teams to ensure smooth job flow and accuracy.
- Manage and monitor ink and other printing supply inventory.
- Assist in planning and maintaining daily and weekly production schedules.
- Prepare customer samples for approval in a timely and professional manner.
- Help train and guide other team members, sharing best practices and knowledge.
- Meet production cycle times while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Work flexible hours as needed to meet production deadlines and client expectations.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- 2+ years of experience operating large-format digital printing presses or in print production.
- Strong understanding of colour management, print processes, and quality control standards.
- Familiarity with Caldera, i-Cut, or similar RIP software is an asset (training available).
- Experience with lamination and multi-material printing is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Diploma or certificate in Print Production, Graphic Communications, or related field is an asset.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious.
