**Role Responsibilities**:
- Handle the submission of all orders with accuracy in a timely fashion, order entry, confirmation and releasing for picking.
- Ensure copies of the sales order pick tickets and processing labels are provided to appropriate personnel (Production Manager & Selectors).
- Monitor daily sales / margins to ensure our targets are met and all transactions are correct.
- Co-ordinate all product return requests between customers and company
- Ensure special order items are placed accurately with correct lead time.
- Monitor order cut-off times/days based on specific customers / territories.
- Review credit hold list. Work with credit manager to have orders released on time.
- Creating POS materials internally for the sales team.
- Assist outside sales staff requests for catalogs, information, POS, order guides and quotations.
- Setup and maintain customer files.
- Keep order desk in an organized fashion with orders.
- Manage all social media platforms.
- Any other duties as assigned
**Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Customer Service, or Sales role.
- An analytical, results-oriented, energetic team player with strong organization and problem solving skills, with a commitment to customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel.
- Knowledge of Inventory & POS systems is strongly preferred.
- Experience in foodservice, or wholesale distribution industries would be an asset.
- University or College degree is considered an asset, but is not mandatory.
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
