Assets:

- Knowledge/experience in the health field working as a office manager
- Experience with Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Knowledge of web design and managing social media
- Experience with Jane scheduling software

Day
- to-day responsibilities would include:

- Providing support and overlooking administrative staff
- Hiring/Training
- ICBC/WSBC account management
- Team lead on customer service
- Opening/Closing the clinic
- Creating staff schedules in the absence of the clinic manager
- Inventory management
- Updating and implementing, policies, procedures, pricing and educational material alongside the clinic manager
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Release of records requests
- Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date alongside the clinic manager
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
