**Job Title**: Inventory & Dispatch Coordinator

**Job Type**: Full-time (Permanent)
**Salary range: $48,000 - $55,000 CAD**
**Schedule**: 40-44 hours per week, flexible availability required, including weekends

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dispatch Coordination**: Answer incoming job calls, prioritize and dispatch them to the appropriate departments or field units. Monitor and supervise the routes and status of field units to optimize scheduling and response times.
- **Inventory Management**: Track and manage inventory levels, movements, and shipments using inventory management systems. Ensure accurate data entry for equipment details, including brand, quantity, model, serial numbers, and warranty information in the CRM.
- **Warranty and Returns**: Register installed HVAC & Plumbing equipment with manufacturers, maintain warranty trackers, and process equipment returns and removals across all warehouse locations.
- **Warehouse Operations**: Assist in organizing and moving equipment within the warehouse, ensuring a clean and orderly environment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- **Communication**: Serve as a key point of contact, effectively communicating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers regarding product inquiries, deliveries, and other relevant issues.
- **Documentation**: Maintain and update call logs, records, and other essential documentation. Ensure all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for reporting and review.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: College diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably within the HVAC industry. Experience with data entry and using inventory management systems is essential.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM and dispatch software (Salesforce and Fishbowl are an asset).
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to frequently lift, push, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- **Licenses**: Must hold a valid Class G driver's license.
