**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and dispatch drivers efficiently to ensure on-time deliveries
- Communicate with clients, drivers, and team members in a professional and friendly manner
- Monitor deliveries and proactively address any issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Utilize dispatch software, Outlook, and Excel to track deliveries
- Prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities effectively
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Provide after-hours support as needed

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Strong knowledge of GTA and surrounding areas**
**Excellent communication and customer service skills**
**Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy**
**Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment**
**Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented attitude**
**Must be able to work in our Mississauga office (7 AM - 4 PM, Monday to Friday)**
