**About the Role**

**Type**:Full Time | Permanent

**Schedule**:Day Shifts | Monday to Friday

**Hours per Week**:40 hours +

**Education**:High School (preferred)

- Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with our customers.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products and production.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Perform all other duties as directed by the or assigned by management.

**About You**
- 5+ years of experience in an inside sales role.
- 5+ years of customer service experience.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- A very high level of attention to detail.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office software.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities with a high degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
