**The Position**:
**Job Summary**

The role of Quote Specialist - Inside Sales Rep is to create and deliver accurate and timely quotations to customers and prospective customers, ensuring completeness and compliance with company policies. You will review quote requests, seeking any necessary clarification, and interact with vendors to obtain pricing. The accuracy of quotations is paramount, ensuring all details, options, etc. that have been requested have been included. Quote follow up is essential ensuring quotations are not left open, and in doing so collecting customer and market feedback and communicating this back to sales management. Working closely with the sales team is crucial to identify and communicate upselling opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create & deliver accurate and timely quotations for customers, ensuring that all information is complete
- Interact with vendors to obtain special pricing and special-order items
- Review requests for quotes and ensure all necessary information is obtained from the customer
- Work with sales team to identify & communicate opportunities for upselling / cross-selling
- Provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information for all products and services requested
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure that all quotes are compliant with company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that all opportunities are properly qualified and pursued
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting
- Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Attend all department and sales meetings as requested

**Qualifications**

Knowledge/Experience:

- Prior customer service experience
- Prior quoting experience
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to organize, break down and clearly articulate complex requests from clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Gets satisfaction from helping clients and solving challenges efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Physical Requirements**:

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- 8am to 5pm

Pay: $65,000.00-$72,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
