**The Role: What You'll Do**

We're looking for a versatile **Marketing Specialist** who thrives at the intersection of execution, systems, and collaboration. You'll support campaign rollouts, help maintain and optimize our marketing tools, and play a key role in how we track, scale, and improve performance.

In this role, you will:

- Set up workflows, tracking links, landing pages, and lead forms
- Support CRM hygiene, segmentation, and automation (Freshworks)
- Maintain dashboards and monitor performance data
- Collaborate with Sales and Product on asset delivery and lead handoffs
- Liaise with external designers and developers to deliver campaign assets
- Assist with content distribution and event or partner marketing logistics

**What You Bring**
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or digital marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- Solid understanding of how marketing tools and systems work together (CRM, CMS, automation)
- Comfortable building campaigns, updating web pages, and working with data
- Experience with tools like Freshworks, HubSpot, and Webflow (or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and a knack for keeping things organized
- Quick to learn new tools and adapt in fast-moving environments
- Genuinely interested in crypto's evolution and eager to grow with the space
- Bonus: experience in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth B2B companies

**How We Work**

You'll report to the Director of Marketing & Communications and work closely with Sales, Product, and external partners. The role is a full-time, individual contributor role with high visibility and room to grow.

Some travel may be required for conferences, events, or company offsite.
