Duchess Bake Shop is seeking passionate and experienced hospitality professionals to join our dedicated front-of-house team. We are currently hiring full-time Servers/Baristas who bring warmth, efficiency, and professionalism to every guest interaction.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Previous experience in hospitality is required (café or restaurant background preferred)
ProServe certification (mandatory)
A calm, positive attitude and grace under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passion for coffee, pastries, and delivering outstanding service
Availability on weekends and holidays

Since opening our doors in 2009, Duchess Bake Shop has become a cornerstone of Edmonton’s culinary scene. Inspired by the classic patisseries of France, we specialize in from-scratch baking, offering everything from macarons and tarts to viennoiserie and artisanal coffee. Located on historic 124th Street, we are proud to foster a culture where craftsmanship, care, and connection shine through in everything we do.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
