Meuwly's is an artisan deli shop on 124th st, Edmonton. We produce a variety of cured meats, preserves, pickles, and other food items for our retail shop and for restaurants around the city. We also offer a small deli-style lunch menu.

We are building our team and are currently looking for a full-time retail/customer service team member.

This role involves providing customers with detailed information about our artisan food products, assisting customers with retail purchases & taking payments, receiving orders through our online store, preparing and serving food samples and Meuwly's lunch menu/catering menu items, and maintaining an immaculate workspace while following proper food safety standards.

We are a growing business and are excited to create new opportunities for our team, so there is a high potential for growth and new experiences in this role.

Here's the kind of person we hope to work with:

- Experience working in food service & retail (Minimum 3 years)
- Some understanding of back-end retail operations (Inventory Control, Vendor Relations etc., Microsoft Office and G Suite. E-Commerce experience is an asset.)
- Passionate about local food, and feel comfortable learning and talking about quality food products
- Wants to contribute to a positive team environment where learning, growth, and fun are encouraged

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
