**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the successful execution of Utility, Industrial Automation and Water & Wastewater, projects while meeting customer timelines and expectations.
- Review contract documents and specifications to determine project scope, timeline, and resource requirements.
- Assist in formulating RTS’s project proposals and estimates when required.
- Lead project kick-off meetings and define clear deliverables, milestones, and responsibilities.
- Assign tasks and set deadlines for production team members to ensure seamless execution.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Optimize resources to maximize monthly deliverables and achieve forecasted revenue targets.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope via change orders, anticipate risks, and implement contingency plans.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas of improvement and drive operational excellence.
- Maintain team morale and promote a culture of collaboration, integrity, and customer service.
- Identify and escalate project issues in a timely manner while ensuring effective resolution.
- Attend site meetings, provide technical guidance, and manage shop personnel as needed.
- Identify business development opportunities, including change orders and additional service offerings.
- Maintain project documentation accuracy and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Adhere to and continuously improve ISO9001:2015 best practices for project execution and management.
- Stay up to date with CSA and UL electrical standards and ensure compliance.
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience with Industrial Automation, Water/Waste Water, or Utility projects.
- Strong project management skills with experience handling large-scale and multi-disciplinary projects.
- In-depth knowledge of municipal instrumentation/controls, protection & control technology (PCT), and Industrial automation systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- Experience working with ISO9001:2015 standards and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to identify and manage project risks while ensuring efficient execution.
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical and strategic information clearly.
