Urgent Electrical Project Manager Needed

As a Project Manager at Power Op Inc Electrical, you will oversee all aspects of electrical projects from initial meetings to completion. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining the highest safety standards and ensuring client satisfaction upon completion.
- Organize and participate in meetings with customers and equipment vendors.
- Provide estimates for new and ongoing projects and manage client expectations while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Maintain a complete understanding of projects and all documents involved (i.e., conduit drawings, schematics, electrical drawings, and specs).
- Follow up on quoted and completed work to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Track project progress, resolve issues, and manage changes.
- Creating purchase order and maintaining project account
- Order materials and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
- Have experience analyzing and understanding electrical construction drawings and experience working on commercial projects.
- Maintain and update document control logs: Shop drawings, change orders, as-built, and close-out documents.
- Work with the Project Manager to provide status updates for monthly job costing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project; experience with Accubid change order an asset.

Valid electricals license, Preferable 309A an asset.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Experience with reading and interpreting schematics
- Background in construction or related field
- Strong skills in negotiation, project management, and communication
- Familiarity with project planning and budgeting
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in project management methodologies is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
