**Position Details**

Job: Part-Time MOA

Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years as an MOA (preferably in family practice)

Hours: on-call with the opportunity for additional hours (e.g., vacation coverage) as the role grows

Shifts: No evenings or weekends

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00/hour (based on experience and initiative).

**Responsibilities**
- As a key member of our team, you will:

- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth.
- Book appointments and manage patient records using CHR (EMR system).
- Triaging phone calls confidently and kindly.
- Perform clinical support tasks like urine dips, height/weight measurements, and preparing exam rooms.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment.
- Handle general opening and closing duties.

- Has 5+ years of MOA experience, ideally in a family practice setting.
- Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Can manage multiple tasks efficiently and with ease.
- Is flexible and willing to assist with vacation relief when needed.
- Brings a friendly, professional demeanor and enjoys working with patients and staff.
